The large-capacity semi-automatic SA510DG has been a dependable asset in many of Europe’s engineering and manufacturing facilities for years.  

With a 510 x 340mm cutting capacity at 90°, it is an ideal choice for your large profile and bundle cutting applications.

Employing an industry standard 34 x 1.1mm blade this machine allows for the cutting of a wide range of materials, including the likes of stainless steel and tool steel, using a swivelling saw bow to avoid moving the workpiece while providing highly accurate cuts.

Specifically designed and manufactured to fully comply with all European safety requirements, these machines incorporate all the required guards, safety switches and electrical protections as well as an auto blade-break cut-off system.

• Simple locking and adjusting of the desired cutting angle with the angle scale, and with stops fixed at
  +/-60° and 90°
   
• Large quick-clamping vice ensures easy and reliable material clamping.
   
• Large diameter running wheels and precise three-sided hard metal guiding ensure a long service life of the band and superior cutting accuracy.
   
• Quiet, low-maintenance band drive from the industrial electric motor and worm gearbox
   
• Three-phase variable speed motor (400V) allows for any speed between 15 and 90 m/min, depending on what you’re cutting.
   
• A complete cooling system with a high-performance pump, with the ability to regulate the flow on both hoses independently.
   
• Easy to use ergonomically placed controls (For both electrical and hydraulics) on the base of the machine.
   
• Automatic switch-off if blade breaks or insufficient blade tension is detected.
   
• The SA510DG now comes with a digital angle readout, laser blade positioning light and blade tension meter as standard equipment.
