Coolant Bio Cleaner - 500mL

Altdorf's Bioclean is a specially designed cleaner to be used in systems where water soluble fluids such as metalworking fluids are continuously recirculating. This product removes all dirtiness accumulated in pipes and tanks where metalworking fluids are present.

Application: Bioclean must be diluted with water or with the fluid to be discarded (water soluble-metalworking fluid, mould release agent or hydraulic HFC type fluid), between 3 and 6% depending on how dirty the circuit is. Bioclean is only a chemical cleaner, chips and any solid residues must be physically removed. Although many similar products mention that machining can still be performed while the cleaner is actively working, we strongly recommend not to proceed as Bioclean is a shock treatment and it is preferable not in be in contact with product, especially in the first hours of the shock. Rather, we recommend recirculating the diluted Bioclean in the circuit between 2 to 6 hours, then rinsed out with clear water before refilling immediately with fresh product to avoid corrosion. 

If the rinsing water is not clean, repeat the operation described above until an acceptable level of cleanliness is achieved.
